I. One of the simplest ways to bring about a change of behavior in yourself is to start tracking the type of behavior you want to change. You can:
Track what you eat
Track how much you read
Track how much time you spend on your phone
Track what you spend
Even if you don’t have all the information on how to change a behavior in the right direction, simply tracking it will begin to reveal obvious things that might need to change.
